The packaging material for clothes and accessories is a cute backpack, 100% cotton. NO PLASTIC or LEATHER here! The jewelry comes to you in a cute little jewelry box.


Orders typically take 1 - 3 business days (with UPS surcharge) or simple mail delivery 5-21 business days to be processed and shipped for in-stock merchandise but are longer during sales and the holidays!  I currently ship Monday - Friday. Please inform me which mail delivery you would like.  Transit time estimates given at the checkout are after the fulfillment time and are subject to UPS and PI delays. 

Shipments in Italy are delivered within 24 and 48 hours from the time of shipment (excluding holidays).
Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately 2-3 working days with UPS.
International Orders typically take 1-21 business days from the shipment date to be delivered. This mostly depends on the customs in your country. Depending on the destination country, orders could take up to 6-8 weeks. Please be aware that I am not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; I advise you to check your local customs office regarding import laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.

Orders shipping to destinations outside Italy might incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in my prices. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at the time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes.

Please allow up to 24 hours for me to get back to you during the week. Emails sent late on Friday will be responded to on Monday. 


When requesting to cancel an order, I am only able to do this if it has not gone into fulfillment yet.
